Hello everyone, we wish you are having a great December, Christmas Eve and Holidays are coming, and prior to this we wish to share the status of our logistic operations right now.

Shipping addresses lockdown

As you can see, we have sent a notification to update your shipping addresses for the fullfillment, sadly that not mean that we are gonna send right now the rewards, but we are working at this point with the Fullfillment Centers, and they need definitive backers info. So tomorrow modification period of time will end, and we are starting to work on excel spreadsheets for our Fullfillment partners.

Logistic status update

This is a critical point, and with all the noise and imputs you sure are receiving via newspapers or through Internet, is our duty to keep you informed with the most recent info about our stuff.

First come the bad news, we have a problem that was detected by our freight forwarder while counter-checking the goods against packing list before doing inland delivery for Aust shipment, they found that 1 pallet (out of 2) should belong to US shipment instead of Aust, and the correct one belonged to Aust shipment had been shipped to US, which means there is 1 pallet of each shipment switched each other (Aust and US) by mistake.

Fortunatelly they catch that error fast, and our freight company are trying to push to get the "crossed" pallet arrives both AUS and US via AIR (Very expensive but fastest) in the next week or so , so we could minimize the loss and be able to start as soon as possible with the fullfillment proccess.

What it means:

Australia: Customs cleared, and 1 pallet of 2, arrived to the Fullfillment partner Warehouse, waiting for the missing pallet to arrive on the next week or two. 

USA and Canada: Customs cleared and 10 pallet waiting for the missing pallet to arrive on the next week or two, Fullfillment center is informed that as soon as the missing pallet reach US the're gonna receive the full order in the next days. Our Washington partner will repackage the merchandise and prepare the pallets for Canada once we have the 11 pallets in the USA.

Europe and rest of World: The stuff is still crossing Mediterranean sea (:S), we had a 2 weeks delay becouse of ports saturations, so we are still waiting for Fatum stuff to reach Spain.

Shipping spectations:

USA and Australian shipping proccess will start as soon as the Fullfillment centers receive the pallets and clear the previous project queue. We will keep you updated with any news. 

We are gonna talk now about EU fullfillment proccess, with the new ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), we are expecting to receive the pallets trought December or early January, we want to avoid at all cost to ship any order during Christmas Eve period, we want to be sure to avoid any problem sending the rewards during those days, so if we receive the pallets any time near 24-31 of December, we are going to delay the shipping proccess until January 9-10, in order to have as many of our backers back in their houses.

Thats all for now, we always want to be as clear and sincere as possible, not hiding any issue or problem regarding the project. Fatum is not only our project, is your project too, and any news regarding it, affects you. We wish to be able to inform in the next updates about the beggining of the fullfillment proccess, until then, be safe and keep the spirit high! ;)

Hello Everyone!

First of all, how have you been during these September days? We hope everyone is fine and with lots of roleplaying plans in your lives!

We are so happy to share with you that Fatum Dark Myths, have officially reached the final steps of Manufacturing process. With the reception in our office of the advanced copies (AKA the final retail version of the products) we could finally share with you all the photos of the final assembled units:

We are so proud of the Purple foil colour we have obtained at the box of Dark Myths deck.

The blank card expansion at the left, with the wonderful Legendary foil Hero card in the middle, and the divisors on the right. 

The BRUTAL AWESOME (Yes, we LOVE them) final aspect of the expansion booster packs! 

And now an unboxing of the Collector's Box, this is the exact same unit that you are going to receive in your homes ;)

Supply Chain Disruptions

Sure, you have read throughout all internet and even in the last update of Kickstarter about the Disruptions on both supply chain and maritime routes. As you know the present situation of the supply chain, and the lack of containers for the cargo ships are affecting and striking every aspect of our society. 

About this situation affecting Fatum, at this moment we had made our homeworks months ago, prior to summer we reserved all the raw materials that we are going to use in the production phase and also we reserved our cargo space on the logistic partner, (with a huge increment in price) so at this day, we have our distribution to the Warehouses in USA, Australia, Canada and Europe insured.

We cannot assure you that we can foresee every tragedy that could happen in the future, (AKA ships  blocking the Suez Canal, snowfalls that leave entire continents isolated and similar) but we are continuing to work hard to be able to mitigate them.

To all of you who have bought this reward, you will have in your hands a piece of art signed with all the affection of Medusa. For us It has been a privilege to have her here collaborating in our project.

Hello backers, this is a great day! 

Following our words from the last update, we have finalized the PDF creation and upload process to the Backerkit platform. As a result, everyone of you have at your disposal on your Backerkit digital rewards page all of the PDF Print and Play version of all the components you have pledged for ;)

We hope this could ease the waiting for all of us ^^

Since it is difficult for us to find the words to describe how precious the golden cards are, what better than a small video to show them to you? Thanks to the hands of Esther Sanz and Medusa Dollmaker we have made another we have managed to raise our overall quality once again ;)

Project status report! - Post campaign update Nº8 Dark Myths Box Foil

Hello Everyone!

We know it has been a few weeks without news, but it was time for a little family vacation. Now we have returned, and despite everything, during this hot month of August we have continued to work remotely.

So we have quite a few news!

And we start very quickly with the first one...THE FOIL

After seeing many catalogs, colors, brightness, effects, defects, cleaning and rubbing our eyes many times to glimpse the smallest differences, we can already tell you that the Foil in the Dark Myths box is a success! We have managed to do it to our liking, and we believe that the result is very similar to the idea and initial 3D prototypes of the poject ^^

The second thing is that fortunately we have not been affected by any delay in production, and everything fits perfectly to be able to make the shipments to the distribution centers around November. And speaking of the distribution centers, we want to tell you that we already have them ready in the United States, Australia and Europe, all space reservations are closed and by the time the merchandise arrives at them (we expect a date around early December) we will be able to start sending the rewards to the backers.  During October and November remember to go through your Backerkit area to correct and prepare your shipping addresses.

Android Fatum App Codes

We know that some of you  still do not have your code for the Fatum App, don't worry, at the beginning of October all the codes will finish being sent, it is matter of days that you have your code to download it. We really want to tell you, that very soon we will also start uploading additional content to it.

PDFs

It is our intention that throughout this month of September the PDF versions of the decks and expansions will be available for download in your Backerkit digital area.

Thank you for your patience, we are already working at full capacity again, we really want to start the distribution of pallets throughout the world, this step fills us with emotion, becouse for us represents all the effort dedicated to Fatum Cards, we hope this step is the beginning of something even bigger ^^ and above all what we really want is to continue walking together with all of you.
